On 4 August 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 1,500 on a réviseur d’entreprises agréé. The decision was published on 10 November 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to continuing education of statutory auditors and approved statutory auditors.
