On 15 October 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 225,000 on Mirabaud & Cie (Credit institutions). The decision was published on 17 December 2025. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to corporate governance.
