On 21 November 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 20,000 on KSG Agro S.A. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with certain obligations of the amended Law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers.
