On 2 December 2025 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 9,000 on a réviseur d’entreprises agréé. The decision was published on 6 March 2026. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to statutory audit.
