On 6 February 2026 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 40,000 on Corestate Capital Holding S.A. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with certain obligations of the amended law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers.
