On 2 March 2026 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 12,000 on PingPong Europe S.A (Payment institutions/electronic money institutions/AISPs). The decision was published on 8 July 2026. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to anti-money laundering / counter financing of terrorism.
