On 5 March 2026 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 56,000 on Stonehage Fleming Luxembourg S.A. The decision was published on 9 June 2026. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with professional obligations related to anti-money laundering / counter financing of terrorism.
