On 23 March 2026 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed administrative fines of EUR 3,250 and EUR 3,500 on the members of the board of directors of an electronic money institution. The decision was published on 21 July 2026. The CSSF gives the ground as the late submission of the annual accounts as well as the annual long form audit report for the financial year 2024.
