On 21 July 2026 the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) imposed an administrative fine of EUR 15,000 on Transnet Soc Ltd. The CSSF gives the ground as non-compliance with certain obligations of the amended law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers.
