Motion 3, tabled by Franz Fayot for the LSAP during the same debate, asked the government to create a judicial liquidation mechanism for Luxembourg holding companies (SOPARFIs) with a proven illegal activity; the Chamber refused to send it back to committee and rejected it by 40 votes to 17 with 3 abstentions.
