Gender equality returned to the Chamber through the whole 2023–2028 legislature, from a question élargie on price rises and gender inequality in June 2024 to the second constitutional vote on the freedom to end a pregnancy in June 2026. In between the Chamber created an Observatoire de l'égalité entre les genres, debated gender-based violence after the GREVIO report, discussed the gender pension gap, voted a 33 % target for the under-represented sex on the boards of listed companies, and debated LGBTIQ+ rights.
