The Chamber returned to its own working rules and to the state of Luxembourg's democracy throughout the 2023–2028 legislature, from the debate on the coalition programme in November 2023 to the votes on citizen participation in June 2026. The sittings covered the scrutiny of the government by parliament, the electoral system and the right to vote, the transparency of committee work and of the lobby register, petitions and referendums, and the timetable on which bills reach the plenary.
